exhibition of skill and enthusiasm involving a
flapjack
"flipper" and "catcher".

Contestants
compete in teams, with prizes awarded on the basis of
the team's ability to elevate the foodstuff to new heights, and
return the product to a safe landing.
NASA and the
Space Shuttle...look out!

- Contestants are pre-selected from the audience.
-
Judges determine the daily winner, with the
winning duo receiving
FLUOR Engineered Pancake Bags.
- Competing
teams are judged on their flapjack flipping abilities
in three categories:
Elevation, Security of Catch, and finally, their
Style, Grace
and Originality.
